Accounting Search seeks a Digital Transformation Consultant to own the RFP function and turn it into a competitive advantage. Lead proposal development, shape go-to-market messaging, and align with growth objectives.

Senior professional with deep RFP strategy, capture management, and sales enablement expertise is preferred. The role requires strategic vision and hands-on leadership to collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams, ensuring flawless execution and scalable adoption

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in pre-sales, enterprise discovery, or complex solution consulting.
• Experience managing RFP cycles and enterprise buying dynamics.
• Sales nuance and/or strong program management instincts.
• Executive presence and communication at top levels.
• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end proposal development and RFP strategy.
• Shape narratives around productized solutions and best practices.
• Guide executives from custom asks to scalable adoption.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams.
• Remain involved through alignment and scoping without system configuration.
