Integra Partners is seeking a Reengineering Program Director to drive cross-functional transformation initiatives from opportunity assessment to value realization. You will own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and coordinate teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Your role emphasizes influence over direct authority, with responsibility for budgets, performance, and risk management, plus post-implementation

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformations in healthcare or similar industries.
• Experience developing business cases, ROI/TCO models, and benefit realization plans.
• Experience with vendor evaluation, RFI/RFP processes, and implementation oversight.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives from assessment to value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and more.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Monitor budgets, resources, risks, and delivery performance; escalate issues as needed.
• Present progress and tradeoffs to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and transition sustained benefits.
