Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to drive enterprise-wide process improvements and business transformations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from assessment to adoption, building ROI/TCO models and guiding senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.

The role emphasizes influence over authority, owning the reengineering roadmap and ensuring measurable benefits in cost, quality, and customer experience across a national footprint with remote

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives through influence without direct authority.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, and benefit-realization plans.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation, vendor evaluation, and implementation oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional reengineering initiatives from opportunity assessment to value realization.
• Own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and others.
• Manage initiative budgets, resources, risks, and delivery against scope and timeline.
• Develop ROI/TCO models and financial justifications for initiatives.
• Present progress and risks to senior leadership and governance forums.
