Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, from opportunity assessment to benefit realization. You will influence across Operations, IT, Finance, and Clinical to optimize performance, cost, and customer outcomes.

You will own the reengineering roadmap, develop business cases, and track realized benefits, advancing high-impact programs with clear ownership and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, change management, or comparable certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, or program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise reengineering roadmap and lead prioritized initiatives from assessment to value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and others.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Manage initiative budgets, resources, risks, and delivery performance.
• Present progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and sustain adoption with business owners.
