Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Reengineering Program Director to drive enterprise-wide transformation from opportunity assessment to implementation, delivering measurable cost, quality, and customer experience improvements.

The role relies on influence over direct authority, shaping the roadmap and coordinating across Operations, IT, Finance, Product and Clinical teams, while partnering with Finance to validate benefits and sustain value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, change management, or comparable certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives from assessment through implementation and value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical and other functions.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Manage budgets, resources, delivery performance, risks and issue escalation.
• Partner with Finance and business owners to validate benefits and track realized results.
• Present progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders.
