Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a senior Reengineering Program Director to drive complex transformation initiatives across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical teams. The role focuses on opportunity assessment, business-case development, implementation, adoption, and tangible benefit realization.

The position emphasizes influence-based leadership rather than direct people management, owning the enterprise reengineering roadmap and delivering measurable cost, quality, efficiency, and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, change management, or comparable certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, or related leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives to improve operational performance, financial outcomes, scalability, and customer experience.
• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap from assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Coordinate across Operations, IT, Finance, Product,Clinical and other functions through influence, not direct management.
• Manage initiative budgets, resources, delivery performance, risks, and issue resolution against scope, timeline, and quality.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications based on baselines and transparent assumptions.
• Partner with Finance and business owners to validate benefits and track realized results.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews and transition sustained benefit tracking to accountable owners.
• Assess current-state operations, design scalable solutions, and define implementation requirements.
• Lead vendor evaluations, RFIs/RFPs, due diligence, implementation oversight, and performance assessments.
