Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to drive enterprise transformation across operations, IT, finance, product, and clinical functions. You will lead cross-functional initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation and benefit realization, using data-driven recommendations for senior stakeholders.

• Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives through influence.

• Strong financial acumen with ROI/TCO and business-case development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives from assessment to realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical and others.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and validate realized benefits with owners.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies for new processes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field

MBA or advanced degree (preferred)

PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)
