Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to lead cross-functional transformation across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical. You will own the enterprise reengineering roadmap, drive opportunity assessments, build business cases, and oversee implementation with measurable benefits.

The role emphasizes influence over direct management, with focus on financial optimization, scalability, and enhanced customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives through influence without direct authority.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation, vendor evaluation, implementation oversight, and operational handoff.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance and financial outcomes.
• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap from opportunity assessment through implementation and realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and other functions.
• Manage initiative budgets, resources, risks, and delivery against scope and timelines.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Align initiatives to measurable outcomes including cost, quality, and customer experience.
• Partner with Finance and business owners to validate benefits and address performance gaps.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and transition adoption to owners.
