Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation and value realization. You will lead through influence across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical, owning the enterprise reengineering roadmap and coordinating prioritized initiatives toward tangible benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field (or equivalent).
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives from assessment to value realization.
• Develop ROI/TCO models and financial justifications for initiatives.
• Align initiatives to measurable outcomes: cost savings, efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and others.
• Manage initiative budgets, resources, risks, and delivery performance against scope and schedule.
• Present progress and decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
