Integra Partners is seeking a Reengineering Program Director to drive enterprise-level transformation across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical teams. You will develop business cases, ROI models, and value realization plans, leading complex initiatives from assessment to adoption with data-driven recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes influence over direct management, ownership of the enterprise roadmap, and governance alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, change management certification or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Drive enterprise reengineering initiatives from assessment to implementation and benefit realization.
• Lead via influence across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical and other functions.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, risks, and timelines.
• Present progress and decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and sustain adoption with owners.
