Job summary

Planet Green Holdings is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue in the Recruiting and Staffing technology space. You will engage Fortune 1000 and mid-market enterprises, deliver compelling demonstrations, and close strategic deals from discovery to signing.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, a hunter mentality, and the ability to navigate complex buying processes, with remote work options and a goal-driven commission plan.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales experience within the Recruiting and Staffing industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter approach.
• Proven track record selling recruiting solutions or services to large enterprise customers.
• Strong established relationships among key influencers within the Recruiting and Staffing Industry.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle shifting priorities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy; proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies, manage sales opportunities, present solutions, provide product demonstration and close sales.
• Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
