Job summary

Motive is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for Public Sector to drive new business with state, local, and education prospects. You will lead with the value of Motive’s platform, aligning security, data, and automation to public sector needs and budgets.

In this fast-paced role, you will develop strategic account plans, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and work to exceed quotas while building executive-level relationships across lighthouse accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to public sector organizations is required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and grow new business relationships with lighthouse Public Sector accounts.
• Identify, partner and develop account plans for Public Sector prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Software Engineering to address security and product needs.
• Coordinate with account team and analyze customer data to optimize buying decisions.
• Demonstrate the platform's value and integrations to prospects.
