Job summary

Motive is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Public Sector, to lead negotiations with State, Local, and Education prospects. You will articulate value, drive deals, and partner with cross-functional teams to close large public sector contracts.

Based in the United States, you will build executive relationships, develop account plans, manage RFPs, and navigate complex proofs of concept. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and are motivated by shaping outcomes for

Qualifications

Deep Enterprise sales experience selling into the largest Public Sector organizations.
Proven track record of exceeding quotas and growing your book over time.
Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

Establish and grow new business relationships within lighthouse Public Sector accounts.
Develop account plans for Public Sector prospects and drive value-led deals.
Lead with executives to ensure RFP wins and contract-based growth.
Manage complex Proofs of Concept or Trials with cross-functional partners.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Security to close public sector opportunities.
Leverage analytics and team resources to optimize buying decisions.
Plan to meet and exceed revenue quotas and customer outcomes.
