Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring adoption, value realization, and long-term health of strategic accounts. You will translate clinical, operational, and financial needs into executable plans while coordinating DBS-driven governance across Danaher operating companies.

You will lead executive engagement, capital planning, and transformation programs, shaping a unified client experience and protecting Danaher's interests

Qualifications

BS or BA degree; MBA preferred.
20+ years leadership in enterprise strategy or senior commercial roles.
Translate enterprise strategy into integrated multi-OpCo solutions.
Trusted advisor to C-suite with experience in executive reviews.

Responsibilities

Serve as Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients.
Own post-signature executive leadership and value realization.
Lead governance, engagement, and performance cadence with clients.
Drive capital planning and asset optimization with customers.
Lead transformation and adoption initiatives using DBS/Prosci.
Coordinate cross‑OpCo teams and manage risk and contracts.
