Job summary

Danaher Diagnostics Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Program Leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring customer adoption, value realization, and long-term account health. You will integrate DBS-based planning, capital stewardship, and governance across multiple OpCos while guiding executive relationships.

You will translate clinical and financial needs into executable plans, manage risk, and influence decision-makers in a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree; MBA strongly preferred.
• 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise strategy or complex program leadership in healthcare/diagnostics.
• Proven credibility as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders and experience leading executive reviews.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Danaher One executive interface for strategic clients and align enterprise strategy with customer priorities.
• Own post-signature leadership and value realization for strategic accounts, driving adoption and long-term partnership health.
• Lead governance, engagement, and performance cadence with dashboards, metrics and risk management.
• Drive capital planning, ROI analyses, and asset optimization to maximize customer outcomes.
• Lead transformation initiatives using DBS and change-management frameworks to enable safe adoption of new technologies.
