Job summary

SpotOn is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for enterprise and mid-market clients (5+ locations). You will coordinate with executives, align expectations, and drive successful activation of POS and related integrations.

You will leverage your restaurant technology expertise, project-management skills, and data-driven approach to optimize client satisfaction and ensure efficient implementations across locations.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–5 years in customer success or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding consultations with key decision-makers and define success metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders with proactive communication.
• Identify and mitigate roadblocks with internal teams to maintain momentum.
• Partner with Success and Support for post-installation transitions and adoption.
• Conduct configuration calls for multi-location operations and workflows.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Implementation for integrations and optimizations.
• Ensure components are tested to minimize go-live risks.
• Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations to drive efficient implementations.
• Maintain documentation in CRM and project tools for visibility.
• Develop onboarding playbooks using data and feedback to improve processes.
• Meet or exceed KPIs like time-to-install, activation rates, NPS/CSAT.
• Analyze onboarding performance trends for efficiencies.
• Lead internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
