Job summary

SpotOn is seeking an Installation Specialist to prepare restaurant sites for POS deployments, performing virtual site surveys, hardware installation, and staff training. You will troubleshoot complex setups and mentor junior teammates, traveling to client sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in restaurant or technical support, with fintech/SaaS exposure. Strong networking knowledge, and fluent English with Spanish bilingual skills are valued for success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years restaurant or technical support experience.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual site surveys and assess readiness.
• Install and configure POS hardware, networking gear, and related systems.
• Deliver onsite staff training and provide live support.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and mentor juniors.
• Travel regularly to client sites to ensure smooth installations.
• Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and internal processes; drive improvements.
