Job summary

SpotOn is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to lead enterprise onboarding from engagement to activation. You’ll configure, integrate, and optimize POS systems across multiple locations, partnering with Engineering, Sales, and Implementation teams.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and technical acumen to drive fast, smooth go-live and high CSAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in customer success or onboarding.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding consultations with key decision-makers and define success metrics.
• Serve as primary contact for executive stakeholders and align throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage roadblocks and ensure momentum.
• Collaborate with Success and Support to enable long-term client adoption.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and client expectations.
