Job summary

SpotOn is hiring an Installation Specialist to prepare restaurant sites for POS deployments through virtual assessments and on-site readiness checks. You will install hardware, configure networks, and deliver staff training, serving as a technical escalation point.

The role requires deep restaurant operations knowledge, strong technical skills, and willingness to travel to client sites. A high school diploma is required with relevant experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2-3 years in restaurant or technical support recommended.
• Experience with fintech or SaaS environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Virtual Site Surveys and installations for POS systems.
• Install and configure POS hardware and networking equipment on-site.
• Deliver staff training and provide live support to clients.
• Travel regularly to client sites and coordinate with project teams.
• Adhere to SOPs, SLAs, and maintain detailed documentation.
