You will align Procurement, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize revenue and reduce costs, while expanding the payments ecosystem globally. Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in payments, fintech, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise initiatives and cross-functional influence.
• Experience with vendor governance and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise payments strategy, governance, and multi-year capability portfolio.
• Define roadmaps with Payments Product Owners and delivery teams.
• Own consolidated payments P&L and partner with FP&A on budgets and forecasts.
• Develop business cases for new opportunities (digital wallets, multi-currency, fraud products).
• Manage international payments relationships and onboarding of new markets.
• Lead and build the payments team as volume grows.
