Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Enterprise & Integrated Networks to define and deliver a comprehensive global network strategy. You will lead networks across enterprise, cloud, data centres and partner environments, driving modernization and automation while ensuring service resilience at scale.

You will manage budgets and suppliers, partner with executive leaders, and guide transformation programs in a regulated payments context.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading global Network Engineering, Infrastructure, or Technology Operations in large enterprises.
• Expertise across WAN, LAN, data centre networking, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and cloud connectivity.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and develop leaders across regions and time zones.
• Experience delivering technology transformation while maintaining operational stability in business-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the global network strategy across enterprise, cloud, data centre and partner environments.
• Lead global network engineering and operations teams delivering service excellence for mission-critical infrastructure.
• Build roadmaps for modernization including automation, standardization, lifecycle management and transformation.
• Own performance, availability, risk management and service resilience during major incidents.
