U.S. Bank seeks a Team Leader to coach and develop a high-performing Payments Sales Consultants team, driving new and existing Payments, Merchant, and Commercial Card business across Consumer & Retail and Food & Beverage sectors.

You will set growth strategies, manage pipelines, engage executives, and collaborate with product, risk, and operations to deliver integrated client solutions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership coaching and developing enterprise sales professionals.
• Extensive knowledge of Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Commercial Card, and Payments.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales engagements with executive buyers.
