Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an accomplished enterprise sales leader to drive growth in Payments, Merchant, and Commercial Card solutions with a technology and gaming focus.

You will coordinate across Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and Treasury Services to deliver end-to-end client solutions and expand existing business. The role requires navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and presenting financial solutions to senior stakeholders, while aligning with treasury management strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated enterprise sales experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and buying centers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Payments, Merchant, and Commercial Card business with focus in technology and gaming sectors.
• Navigate and close complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles across Buying Centers (Payments Partnerships, CFO, Treasurer, Cash Manager).
• Quarterback across Merchant Services, Commercial Cards, and Treasury Services to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Provide consultative advice on treasury management to grow treasury management business.
• Prepare sales presentations and recommend solutions to benefit clients; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Support market strategy development and achieve sales and revenue retention goals.
