U.S. Bank is seeking a Client Executive Team Leader to lead a high-performing team of Payment Solution Sales Client Executives, delivering exceptional client experiences across payments, treasury, merchant services, and related capabilities.

The Manager will partner with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure proactive advisory support, disciplined execution, and strong relationship health, driving growth and client loyalty.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Payment Solution Sales Client Executives.
• Oversee the end-to-end client experience across assigned portfolios, ensuring consistent delivery and proactive engagement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Coverage teams.
• Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships through needs-based cross-selling.
