Job summary

NexHealth is seeking a skilled Implementation Manager to drive large-scale onboarding of healthcare locations. You will lead cross-functional migrations, define ownership, and create scalable processes so customers can onboard thousands of locations with minimal downtime.

As part of a health-tech team, you will coordinate engineering and customer success, build playbooks, and track weekly progress to ensure on-time delivery and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation, onboarding, or technical program management.
• Experience drafting joint implementation plans with customers.
• Ability to coordinate multi-team migrations across engineering and customer success.
• Proven track record of driving large-scale onboarding.
• Technical fluency with APIs and integration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the location onboarding number and ensure schedules and billing milestones are met.
• Run enterprise migrations end to end with a clear plan, ownership, milestones and cadence.
• Establish clear ownership for every program with written plans and defined steps.
• Build enablement materials and training to empower customers to onboard at scale.
• Set and defend throughput targets for locations provisioned and live per week.
• Coordinate across engineering, solutions engineering, account management, support, and sales.
• Turn migrations into repeatable processes with templates and playbooks.
• Report onboarding pipeline, live locations, and revenue realization.
