Job summary

Health Catalyst is seeking a well-spoken, hard-working Implementation Manager to oversee onboarding of product rollouts to hundreds of healthcare facilities across the United States. You will plan, facilitate, and monitor onboarding to a proven software platform, acting as liaison between Health Catalyst and facilities to upgrade their current solution.

• Experience with health IT implementations or HIE projects.
• Ability to document business and technical requirements clearly.
• Proven track record coordinating large cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful implementations of Health Catalyst services for healthcare organizations.
• Maintain an effective project structure with reporting and governance.
• Manage stakeholder communications and escalation paths.
• Coordinate internal/external resources and manage project budgets and scope.
• Develop testing, training materials, and user readiness activities.
• Monitor risks, address issues, and drive on-time delivery.
