Job summary

C8 Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding for healthcare clients, coordinating platform configuration, integrations, and timelines. You will work with hospital IT teams and clinical stakeholders, ensuring a smooth go-live and scalable deployment.

You will own builds, document processes, and identify automation opportunities to align implementation with product roadmap while partnering with Customer Success Managers on risk and timeline management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation or technical onboarding.
• 2+ years working with clinicians or administrators in hospital-based healthcare.
• Deep understanding of SSO/SAML configuration, SFTP-based data workflows, and API integration concepts.
• Fluent in AI tools and their ability to improve day-to-day efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform configuration for each client, on schedule and with a high-quality customer experience.
• Own technical coordination for SSO, SFTP, and other integration workflows.
• Drive stakeholder accountability across clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables and clear handoffs.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to scope expectations and plan customizations.
• Build and improve the implementation process with phase-gate structure and opportunities for automation.
