Job summary

Nextep seeks an Implementation Manager to serve as the main client contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to the new service team. You will build strong relationships with client leaders and employees, guiding decisions and managing timelines.

You will assess client needs, design HR solutions, develop detailed project plans, and lead trainings and demos. You’ll work closely with sales and other departments to deliver an exceptional Nextep experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in working with senior officials within organizations.
• Payroll industry or HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding (90–120 days).
• Assess client needs and determine HR solutions/services.
• Develop and manage project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Communicate effectively through trainings, demos, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to deliver Nextep experience.
