Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced healthcare implementation and client onboarding lead to manage end-to-end onboarding of new clients and ongoing implementations. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute project plans, data exchanges, and system configurations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and growth mindset to ensure regulatory compliance and successful transitions to account management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in healthcare implementation or client onboarding is required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients from contract execution to go-live.
• Lead implementations adding products and services to existing clients.
• Serve as the primary client contact during implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with operations, IT, claims, compliance, account management, and Accounting.
• Facilitate data exchange and system configuration, including claims routing, provider files, reports, and invoicing.
• Conduct onboarding meetings and training sessions with client stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve implementation issues, escalating as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition clients to account management.
