Job summary

Health Catalyst is seeking a well-spoken, hardworking Implementation Manager to drive onboarding of KPI Ninja services to hundreds of healthcare facilities across the United States. You will own the facilitation and planning of onboarding, review plans with stakeholders, and monitor execution with a cross-functional team, upgrading facilities to the proven software platform.

This role acts as the liaison between Health Catalyst, vendors, and end users.

Qualifications

• Experience in health information exchange projects or healthcare software implementations.
• Understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCDA).
• Ability to document requirements and translate them into project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of KPI Ninja services for healthcare organizations.
• Provide a clear project governance structure and consolidated reporting.
• Serve as the single point of contact between clients and Health Catalyst teams.
• Coordinate resources, manage scope, and monitor budget adherence.
• Facilitate change management, training materials, and testing activities.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders and executives.
