Job summary

Confido Health is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding experience for new customers. This is an individual contributor role responsible for the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, managing multiple projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS or similar environments, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. The position is based in New York City, requiring 5 days a week onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations or system deployments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Strong project management skills and comfort level with data configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for new enterprise customers.
• Deliver training programs and onboarding materials to users.
• Track and optimize time-to-value across implementations.
