Job summary

Flip in the US seeks a technically minded Implementation leader for healthcare, partnering with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and customers to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing performance.

You will configure integrations, manage onboarding, testing, QA and handoffs, build playbooks, and provide post-launch support while driving long-term product improvements. This role is based on-site with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in Technical Implementation or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience configuring integrations, APIs, webhooks, data mappings, or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience owning projects from technical discovery through production launch.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to isolate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent written documentation and communication skills.
• Builder mindset: scalable processes rather than following them.
• Bonus: Healthcare technology platforms such as Athena, eClinicalWorks, Experity, Solv, Clockwise.
• Bonus: Telephony/CCaaS platforms like Five9, Genesys, Talkdesk, NICE, VoIP.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding from post-sale through production launch.
• Configure integrations, workflows, call routing, IVRs, telephony and healthcare platforms.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage implementation testing, QA and go-live readiness.
• Build documentation, implementation guides and repeatable playbooks.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for post-launch issues and escalations.
• Troubleshoot integrations, routing logic and platform behavior.
• Provide detailed technical context to Engineering and drive product improvements.
• Support late-stage sales conversations with architecture and capabilities context.
