Job summary

Lennox is seeking an Enterprise National Account Advocate to provide on-site and remote support for strategic National Account customers, guiding onboarding, order management, and program implementation. You will collaborate with sales, care, and supply chain teams to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery.

The role requires strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills, with travel up to 50% and a company vehicle provided for business use.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, account management, branch operations, implementation, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, customer onboarding, implementation projects, or complex customer environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email.
• Coordinate customer onboarding activities for successful implementation and adoption of programs.
• Manage customer orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and disputes.
