Lennox International seeks an Enterprise National Account Advocate to support strategic National Account customers both onsite and remotely. You will onboard new customers, manage orders and inventory, handle warranty and returns, and coordinate training with internal teams.

You will build strong relationships across sales, care, and supply chain while ensuring SLA adherence and issue resolution. A Kansas City area resident is preferred; travel up to 50% is required.

Formación

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts and onboarding projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for National Account customers via in-person, phone and email interactions.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure successful adoption of National Account programs.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and disputes.
• Identify and resolve issues; escalate as needed for timely resolution.
• Provide deployment support for new programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate training for customers and internal teams.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Collaborate with teams to meet service levels and milestones.
• Monitor activity and progress to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Support process improvements to enhance experience and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and program activity.
