Lennox International is hiring an Enterprise National Account Advocate to support National Account customers both onsite and remotely. You will manage onboarding, orders, inventory, warranty, returns, and disputes while coordinating training and ensuring programs are implemented smoothly.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service or related fields, with strong relationship skills and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 50% with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, account management, branch operations, implementation, sales support, or related experience.
• Experience supporting National Accounts, customer onboarding, implementation projects, or complex customer environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for National Account customers via in-person, phone, and email.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for successful program adoption.
• Manage orders, inventory inquiries, warranty claims, returns, and disputes.
• Identify and resolve issues; escalate when needed for timely resolution.
• Provide deployment support for new programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate training for customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, operations, sales, care, and supply chain.
