Proofpoint is seeking a highly capable Named Account Manager in Boston to lead a portfolio of 10–20 named accounts, driving executive-level engagement and cross‑sell opportunities for the Proofpoint Platform. You’ll collaborate with a partner ecosystem to access white space and expand our market leadership against cyber threats.

The role emphasizes strategic account planning, strong forecast discipline, and a proven track record of quota attainment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience selling complex security solutions.
• Proven track record in multi‑product, multi‑year proposals.
• Experience working with Channel Partners and two‑tier distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage about 10–20 named accounts with a mix of white space and existing customers.
• Sell the full Proofpoint Platform with partners and ecosystem collaborators.
• Develop account plans for each named account and identify add‑on opportunities.
• Deliver accurate forecast and maintain Salesforce hygiene.
