Job summary

Databricks is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to partner with Enterprise AEs and define the technical strategy for large accounts, driving adoption of Databricks across data-driven use cases in high-tech and manufacturing sectors.

You will lead a team with hands-on resources building PoCs and demonstrating Databricks products, while focusing on value selling and technical leadership to maximize success.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in value selling and technical account management.
• Experience with very large, global accounts (> $1m ARR).
• Strong technical leadership in big data, data science and cloud.
• Production programming experience: Python, R, Scala or Java.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks across multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks.
• Implement the technical strategy in the account in alignment with business goals.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
• Mentor other team members and share expertise.
