Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Migration Sales Specialist to drive modernization for Enterprise Industry customers, shaping GTM strategies and orchestrating programs that move workloads from on‑prem to AWS.

You will work with CIOs and IT leaders, lead cross‑functional teams across sales, product, engineering, and legal, and deliver measurable outcomes in a time‑bound market disruption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, or PMP certificate preferred.
• Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute the GTM strategy for Infrastructure Migration and Modernization, identifying high-value customer segments and building programs.
• Shape the narrative around the future of infrastructure modernization and position AWS as a leader in migration assessment and data center exit solutions.
• Engage with enterprise leaders, partners, and customers to communicate the migration value proposition and connect challenges to business outcomes.
• Establish data-driven mechanisms to measure adoption, track ROI, and optimize across the portfolio.
• Evangelize migration and modernization solutions through thought leadership, events, and internal AWS alignment.
• Own the strategic business development plan and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth for Enterprise Industry customers.
• Orchestrate field uptake of sales plays and programs, delivering value through repeatable, scalable mechanisms.
