Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a senior Migration & Modernization Specialist within the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) in the Automotive & Manufacturing team to drive large-scale migration programs to AWS.

You will translate customer challenges into comprehensive migration strategies, design business cases, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value realization across storage, applications, and infrastructure domains.

Qualifications

10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
10+ years of solving problems with technology in the Automotive & Manufacturing industries.
10+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
10+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations.
Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

Develop and execute GTM strategies and programs for Migration and Modernization initiatives targeting AWS's largest and most strategic global customers in Automotive & Manufacturing.
Lead business development efforts for migration and modernization opportunities with Specialist Solution Architects and field sales teams.
Design large-scale migration programs aligning technical execution with business outcomes, including wave planning, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and success metrics.
Build, align, and articulate complex business cases including TCO analysis, ROI modeling, risk assessment, and value realization frameworks.
Engage with C-suite executives and board members to communicate migration strategy and business value.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across customer stakeholders, AWS sales, solution architects, pricing teams, and partners.
Collaborate with AWS Migration Competency Partners, consulting partners, and ISVs to design migration solutions and delivery models.
Support field marketing through executive events, campaigns, and strategic customer engagements.
Represent the voice of the customer to product teams and field/central teams.
Share best practices through AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public speaking like AWS Summits and re:Invent.
