Qualifications

• 10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
• 10+ years of solving problems with technology in the Automotive & Manufacturing industries
• 10+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
• 10+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies and programs for Migration and Modernization initiatives targeting AWS's largest global customers in Automotive & Manufacturing
• Lead business development for migration opportunities, collaborating with Solution Architects and field sales to execute GTM plans
• Design large-scale migration programs aligning technical execution with business outcomes and success metrics
• Build and articulate complex business cases including TCO, ROI, risk assessment, and value realization for migrations
• Engage with C-suite executives to communicate migration strategy and business value
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across customer stakeholders, AWS sales, and partners to deliver migration solutions
• Collaborate with AWS Migration Competency Partners, consulting partners, and ISVs to design delivery models
• Support field marketing through executives events and strategic engagements
• Represent customer voice to product teams and leadership
• Share best practices through AWS blogs, whitepapers, and public speaking engagements
