You’ll shape compelling strategies for enterprise customers, rally cross-functional teams, and manage initiatives that move workloads from on‑premises to AWS, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Go-To-Market, business development, sales, or consulting experience.
• 5+ years of working with enterprise migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations).
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute the GTM strategy for Infrastructure Migration and Modernization—identifying high-value customer segments and building programs that create new pipeline.
• Shape the narrative around the future of infrastructure modernization—positioning AWS as a leader in AI-powered migration assessment and data center exit solutions.
• Engage directly with enterprise leaders, partners, and customers to connect challenges to measurable business outcomes.
• Establish data-driven mechanisms to measure adoption and ROI across the portfolio.
• Evangelize migration and modernization solutions through thought leadership, events, and partner-driven enablement.
• Own the strategic business development plan and align internal stakeholders to a unified growth agenda.
