Qualifications

10+ years with business agreements, GTM, and cross‑functional programs.
10+ years solving tech problems in Automotive & Manufacturing industries.
10+ years in GTM, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
10+ years in Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, Cloud).
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Translate customer challenges into migration strategies and programs leveraging AWS.
Design and articulate complex business cases including TCO, ROI, and risk.
Engage with C-suite executives to influence migration decisions and value realization.
Lead cross‑functional teams across AWS sales, solution architects, and partners.
Collaborate with Migration Competency Partners and ISVs on solutions.
Support field marketing with executive events and campaigns.
Represent customer voice to product teams and contribute to thought leadership.
Deliver migration and modernization journeys from business case to execution.
Communicate strategy and outcomes across large enterprise customers.
