Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to own end-to-end delivery for high-stakes migrations and platform modernizations. You will serve as the operational backbone, program lead, and business strategist across the full lifecycle, typically for engagements of 12 weeks or less, migrating enterprise customers to MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, or management consulting for SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams and milestones.
• Strong governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder skills.
• Experience working with Professional Services, SIs, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms (Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, Data Cloud).
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the accountable lead for the full lifecycle.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams to keep scope and dates aligned.
• Serve as primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders with clear business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs and accelerate project assets.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead post-migration handoffs.
