Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead high-stakes customer migrations and platform modernization programs. You will own end-to-end delivery for fast-paced engagements transitioning enterprise customers to MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

You will blend program management, engagement leadership, and business analysis to steer cross-functional teams, run executive governance, and accelerate discovery with AI tools for fast value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes, cross-functional delivery teams, and time-bound client engagements
• Strong background in program governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management
• Experience orchestrating delivery alongside Professional Services teams, System Integrators, and external customer teams
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud
• Experience using AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis and delivery

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end as the single point of accountability across the full lifecycle: Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff
• Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks
• Direct the day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, including Migration Leads, Professional Services, and SI Partners
• Serve as primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating migration workstreams into business outcomes
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews, mapping requirements to target platform patterns
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation, extract business logic, and accelerate delivery workflows
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead post-migration handoffs
