Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or related roles in SaaS environments.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Experience with governance, scope management, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience with Professional Services, SI partners, and enterprise migrations.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools to accelerate program analysis and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across the full lifecycle (Discovery to Value Realization).
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on scope and dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translating workstreams into outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and guide organizational change during migrations.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate documentation and asset generation.
• Assess readiness, define change enablement paths, and oversee post-migration adoption.
