Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end migrations and platform modernizations. You will drive engagement strategy, direct cross-functional pods, and govern fast-paced, 12-week engagements for enterprise customers moving to MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, and Data Cloud.

You’ll serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders, orchestrate steering reviews, and leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery while ensuring measurable business value and customer

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Proven track record owning enterprise engagement scopes and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong background in program governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.
• Experience orchestrating delivery with Professional Services teams, SIs, and external customer teams.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud ecosystems (MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, Data Cloud).
• Experience using AI productivity tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate program analysis and delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end across Discovery, Migration Strategy, Execution Oversight, Value Realization & Handoff.
• Establish engagement governance, track milestones, manage scope, and proactively resolve delivery risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams, keeping them unblocked and aligned on scope and delivery dates.
• Serve as primary trusted contact for VP- and C-suite customer stakeholders, translating complex workstreams into clear business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and help customers navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and Jobs-to-be-Done reviews, mapping requirements to standardized target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy documentation, extract business logic, auto-generate project assets, and accelerate delivery workflows.
• Assess customer readiness, define change enablement paths, and lead post-migration handoffs for lasting adoption.
