Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or comparable engagements.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS transitions and cross-functional teams.
• Strong program governance, scope management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with professional services, SI partners, and client-facing delivery.
• Knowledge of Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end across the lifecycle from discovery to value realization.
• Establish governance, track milestones, manage scope, and mitigate risks.
• Direct cross-functional teams and keep them aligned on scope and dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP/C-suite stakeholders and translate workstreams to outcomes.
• Lead steering reviews and guide customers through organizational change.
• Conduct discovery workshops and map requirements to target platform patterns.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation and project assets.
