Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end migrations and platform modernizations within an AI-native delivery framework. You will own engagement lifecycle, from discovery through value realization, partnering with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver rapid business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery or TPM for enterprise SaaS transitions
• Experience owning enterprise engagement scopes with cross-functional delivery teams and milestone discipline
• Strong governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management
• Experience orchestrating delivery with Professional Services teams, SIs, and external customer teams
• Knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms across Marketing, Revenue/CPQ, Analytics, or Data Cloud (MC Next, Revenue Cloud, Tableau, Data Cloud)
• Practical experience using AI productivity tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot) to accelerate program analysis
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end across discovery to handoff.
• Establish governance, milestones, scope, and proactively resolve risks.
• Direct day-to-day rhythm of cross-functional teams to stay aligned on scope and delivery dates.
• Serve as primary contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders; translate complex workstreams into business outcomes.
• Lead steering committee reviews and navigate organizational change.
• Lead discovery workshops and map requirements to standardized target platform patterns.
• Use AI tools to synthesize legacy docs, extract business logic, and accelerate assets.
• Assess readiness and define change enablement post-migration.
