Job summary

Quince, a direct-to-consumer brand, is seeking a Project Manager - Enterprise Merchandise to guide the order-to-delivery lifecycle for enterprise clients. You will partner with Account Executives, manage customization, and ensure flawless execution and exceptional client experience.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll leverage product knowledge and operational excellence to support deal closure, coordinate internal teams, and maintain the high standards that define Quince.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management, operations, or vendor management experience.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms (Hubspot preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-starter in fast-paced environments.
• Extremely detail-oriented with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale deal ownership from logo approval through invoicing, delivery and issue resolution.
• Track and update project progress in the B2B operations tracker and communicate with clients and Account Executives.
• Finalize customization details and manage delivery timelines and approvals.
• Field and resolve client support requests including samples, shipping, tracking, and returns.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
• Communicate with customers clearly and follow through on commitments.
