Job summary

Quince is hiring a Project Manager for Enterprise Merchandise in Washington, DC to own the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for enterprise clients. You will partner with Account Executives to ensure flawless execution and exceptional customer experience while leveraging deep product knowledge and operational excellence.

This role focuses on managing customization details, delivery timelines, and approval workflows, coordinating with internal teams and clients to scale the enterprise business

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in project management, operations, or vendor management.
• Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms; HubSpot preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with distinct approaches.
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Extremely detail-oriented with ability to operate with a sense of urgency.
• Customer service oriented and customer obsessed—committed to exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities

• Own deal ownership post-sale, from logo approval through invoicing, delivery and issue resolution.
• Track and update all project progress in our B2B operations tracker, sharing timely updates with clients and Account Executives; communicate with clarity even when information is incomplete or ambiguous.
• Finalize customization details, communicate delivery timelines, and manage approval workflows with clients and internal teams.
• Field and resolve client support requests including sample returns, shipping and tracking, troubleshooting missing or damaged items, and expediting requests when possible.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline operations, reduce tasks, and propose solutions that enhance client experience.
• Over-communicate with customers on all issues, managing them with confidence and compassion; reply to requests with urgency and follow through on every commitment made.
